Air Filtration for Larger Hydrocarbons
For many types of airborne pollutants, Hydrosil supplies:
XB-17
A unique 50/50 blend of HS-600 and activated carbons, offering enhanced reactive chemistry for adsorbing acid gases, VOCs and odors.
HS-CL
Removes chlorine or chloride dioxide-generated by bleach plants in pulp and paper facilities and waste-water treatment plants.
HS-600
Highly effective for oxidizing low molecular weight hydrocarbons and acid gases. Impregnated with 6.0% of the active ingredient potassium permanganate versus 4.0% for the activated alumina products (50% more). Effective on broader spectrum of gaseous pollutants.

HS-AC
Granulated coconut shell or pellet coal based activated carbon for organic compounds. Can be enhanced with different chemicals such as potassium hydroxide or phosphoric acid.
